Vida Fitness operates from the Veneto Club in Bulleen and is focused on fitness for all ages and levels through boxing related activities. Sessions are available each day of the week with all levels of fitness catered for. The sessions are taken by Vince, a Boxing Australia accredited national coach.
Small group boxing sessions or private sessions are available. Whether your focus is on boxing technique development or a great work-out session, we can be plan, and cater for your needs.
