TECH/REP PROGRAM
The Tech/Rep Program is unique to Vida, aiming to fast track player development. Technique and Repetition are combined in a monitored environment to maximize improvement from closed skill situations to open skill. The program operates across three courts with an assigned coach to each court, whilst Head Coach (floating) structures and monitors progressions. The key aspect to this program is making technique changes become automatic through repetition in both non pressure and pressure situations. Visual aids and constant on the spot video analysis enables the player to gather a greater understanding of where their game needs to be developed.

VIDA
KIDS
Fun, enthusiastic environment with emphasis on developing the fundamental motor skills for tennis and everyday life. Small class sizes to fast track learning and individual development. 45 minute duration with classes available selected nights and weekends. |

CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
The Vida Tennis certificate program gives young players a pathway from the beginner level into the junior competition / tournament levels. It will also help to give children a sense of progression with in the Vida Tennis coaching programs. All children in vida kids and group programs will participate.
The program works where by in the second last week of each term, players will go through a series of skill based activities. There are 12 levels to be completed and once all levels have been achieved the player is ready to play junior competition at the club or enter low level tournaments. Players will also be ready to move from group lessons into Tech Rep programs or Squad sessions.
Each player will receive a certificate, stating which level they have achieved and what they have to do to achieve the next level. Certificates will be given to the players at the start of the next term.

GROUP
Energetic, high participation, with small class sizes, create a great environment for development. Emphasis placed on tactical progression as well as technique. 45 minute classes available most nights and selected weekend time slots |

PRIVATE
LESSONS
Individually structured program for any age, gender or standard. Technique and tactical awareness to develop the whole package for increased playing performances. Movement efficiency and mental skills are also a focus (Please refer to philosophy). Length of private session can vary. |

SQUADS
Vida Tennis run both development and elite level squads. These squads vary in length and availability is subject to standard. Key aspects covered are; tactical awareness, match play, fitness and psychological. The elite squads have state grade or former international players used as hitters.

FULL TIME
Program individually designed and moulded to the player. This program is for the player looking to make a career from tennis. Fitness, psyc, physio, nutrition, biomech video analysis and tournament exposure combine to make the complete package.

ATP & WTA
Our goal is to enable each player to compete on this level. We currently work with international players and from these experiences we can guide you through the cycle to an international career. |
Marija Mirkovic started in the Vida Tennis program at age 9 and at the start of 2007 competed in the Australian Open.

HOLIDAY PROGRAMS
Vida Tennis runs school holiday clinics all year round. Sessions consist of; coaching and stroke development, activities, quiz's, wet weather program, tournament play with prizes, snacks and drinks. LADIES PROGRAM (Tennis and Workouts)
The Vida Ladies program is a program run in a relaxed friendly environment focusing on technical and tactical elements of tennis. Suitable for both the competition or non-competition player. Its an opportunity to help improve your fitness while having a great time with your friends. There are various times and locations for you to choose from.
FITNESS PROGRAM
A variety of fitness options are available. Personalised programs and training sessions are available with a program tailored to the individual. Group sessions are also held. These are intensive fitness sessions held in a fun and enjoyable environment incorporating components such as boxing, cross training and strength and conditioning.

MORNING FITNESS
Intensive fitness session held indoors in a fun enthusiastic environment incorporating components such as boxing, cross training and strength and conditioning. Early morning sessions.
