Tennis fitness, movement, warm-up & match preperation session

Want to develop your game and prepare for the upcoming tournament series in the school holidays?
The physical demands on professional players have never been so great and creating habits for junior players is very important in developing a holistic game. This two-hour session will be taken by Paul Mulligan, an expert in the field. Pauls credentials speak for themselves, a degree in exercise science, EXOS level 3, Diploma in athletic development, Diploma of health science, Level two Olympic lifting and ASCA accredited. Paul has also previously worked with Tennis Victoria as a performance coach.
The session will focus on;
- Pre match warm ups
- Mental & Physical activation before on court hitting
- Develop physical routines for matches and training warm ups
- Body activation, posture & core
- Post Match cool downs and recovery techniques
- And plenty more
There will also be on court hitting activities which will link with the physical and movement activities.
