Launching the new Strength & Conditioning for Junior Tennis Players Program January 14, 2020 - Over the past years at Vida, we have been asked numerous times about strength training for junior tennis players. Working with young players, it is important to get the right balance of training on and off the court. Strength is the key building block for physical development and in turn tennis development eg. Parents of 4 kids
Veneto Club Bulleen

We have had our three children (now 4th) having tennis lessons at the Vida Tennis since they were each about 4 years old. We’ve noticed that they are somehow more prepared to take on anything in other aspects of their lives, they are confident, coordinated going into other activities (karate, swimming) & not to mention starting school. They have all developed strong friendships with the other kids and its such a nice network of parents on the day we attend. We believe starting Tennis lessons at such a young age has help with their development in many areas of life. The older girls are now ready to play Hot Shots Competition and what is really great, is we get to see how they all are doing through the Certificate program.

Angelo has been a great coach who has taught Adrian from age 10 through to age 16 (currently). Quite simply Adrian says Angelo is a “really good coach and a top bloke as well”. From my point of view Vida provides top quality coaches who teach children of all ages and levels to enjoy the game of tennis. Angelo is of course Adrian’s favorite, he makes his lessons varied and that’s why Adrian still attends after six years.

My son has been a member of Vida Tennis for the past 4 years. All the coaches that he has had have been an essential part of his game playing development. He loves his time spent at Vida, and has developed a love for the game partly due to the passion that is shared by the Vida coaches and Vida members. Highly recommended.
