A message from our happy members

St.Kevin’s College

T.I.C. Tennis

I am writing this letter of recommendation on Vida Tennis. They have been working with St Kevin’s College for over 5 years and we have noticed a large increase in both participation levels and the quality of player we are producing.

We work very closely with Kane Dewhurst who is our Director of Coaching. He coaches our First Team along with working with our Year 7,8 and 9 A Teams. Kane has a been able to influence our boys tennis both on the court with ability and also through the way our boys conduct themselves around the sport of tennis.

We have implemented a very successful development programme in which Kane, Angelo & Ryan (other Vida Team members) run. Our boys from this squad are now flourishing with enthusiasm for tennis but also for success. Most of these boys will play First Tennis is the next few years as a result of this programme.

Our boys development was demonstrated by our win in the A.P.S Tennis Premiership in 2011. This was the first time in 16 years that the school has won this title. Tennis across all years levels have achieved consistent great results, participation and good sportsmanship. I can only highly recommend Vida Tennis to you.

Syndal South Primary School

Sports Coordinator
Charlie Kenez
Syndal District School Sports Association

Vida Tennis has been a great supporter of the Syndal District School Sport’s Association over many years now. They have made themselves available to conduct tennis clinics in our schools and have also given us access to their courts when required. Their clinics are always well organised, enjoyable and very professionally run by coaches who know how to build up a healthy rapport with their students. They also support our annual Community Links Sport’s Day, which exposes our students to a variety of sports, that they might not normally have access to. We believe this arrangement is a win/win situation for both Vida Tennis and for our students.

Milgate Primary School

Outdoor Learning Coordinator
James Will

I have had an involvement with Vida Tennis for the past eight years, through their association with Milgate PS where they have run Tennis Clinics as part of the Physical Education Program, where I am the coordinator.

Vida Tennis have run programs for our Yr. 1’s, Yr. 2’s, Yr. 3’s, Yr. 4’s, Yr. 5’s & Yr. 6 classes. The Vida Tennis coaches have always been extremely professional and approachable. They are highly skilled, extremely encouraging and have a terrific repour with our students. In recent years we have made a number of changes to our programs and these have included things such as use of low compression balls & smaller racquets for our younger students. These changes have been highly valuable and have allowed many of our students to achieve greater success through the programs Vida Tennis offer at Milgate PS.

I would highly recommend Vida Tennis to run tennis programs within your organisation and I know they would run a highly professional program.
